AR Deductions Specialist
Our client is looking for an AR Deductions Specialist to join their team. This role is highly collaborative working between the Accounting and Sales teams.
This is a remote role requiring core Pacific Time Zone hours.
AR Deductions Specialist Responsibilities
Perform reconciliations related to AR and handle aging.
Handle payments, receipts, and invoices.
Close deduction files monthly and creates statements.
Run and maintain multiple routine reports.
Ensure data is correctly recorded and match in multiple systems.
Additional duties as assigned.
AR Deductions Specialist Qualifications
3 + years of AR, deductions, and accounting experience; experience with consumer goods or manufacturing a plus.
Associates degree in Accounting preferred.
Proficient in using ERP Systems.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $35-$65/hr. (DOE)
