Responsibilities:
- Perform required skills such as assessments and interventions following guidelines, forms, policies, and procedures.
- Develop care plans based on residents' specific needs, demonstrating knowledge of assessment criteria.
- Implement care plans, prioritize resident needs, and carry out physician orders including medication administration, IV starts, treatments, procedures, and special tests.
- Document treatments and care according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good observation and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN license.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of experience in Long Term Care or hospital settings preferred.
- Effective communication skills, creativity, and strong observational and analytical abilities.
