Major Goals and Responsibilities :
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue, meet sales targets, and foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and tailored technology solutions.
Essential Activities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products and services. Train and educate sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and project management to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and build a bench of potential account manager candidates.
  • Ensure customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Implement improvement strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback and implementing training or development plans.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the office equipment industry

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of office equipment products and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
