Description
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Shift 2, 3:00 pm - 11:30pm, every other weekend
- Provide direct patient care to adolescent behavioral health patients
- Collaborate with treatment team to develop and revise nursing care plans
- Conduct group therapy sessions for patients
- Assess and document patient's physical and psychosocial needs
- Evaluate and revise nursing care plans as necessary
- Delegate care tasks to other nursing personnel
- Reflect ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- MOAB training certification
- Connecticut RN license and BLS certification
