Administrative Bookkeeper
The position is dynamic and requires a vibrant and multi-task oriented individual. Client contact vis-à-vis, telephone and email are substantial.

Superb communication skills (written and oral) is a must. People-friendly and client contact personality is required.

The position includes many other functions such as analysis of clients' financial records, payroll preparation, income tax preparation, production of insurance and various tax reports.

An Associate's and/or Bachelor's Accounting Degree Preferred. Please submit Transcript(s).

Exposure to Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary. Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a positive factor.

Extensive training on all jobs functions will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
