Maintain client files, entering data to our data base, process premium payments, website and Face Book. Prepare invoices and manage Premium Trust Checking account. Perform and develop marketing programs including our website and other media outlets. Manage office supplies and postage machine. Must be familiar with all office equipment. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. We are looking for a team player who can work effectively with our clients and staff. Paid Health Insurance after 3 months of employment. Salary negotiable contingent on experience.
