Job Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Process and dispatch trouble calls efficiently using elevator specific software. (Liftkeeper)
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Answering customer calls polite and professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel (must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel), and Outlook
- Fleet management
- Filing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
