Administrative Assistant - Part Time

<strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br><br><strong>Year(s) of Experience: </strong>1 year of administrative/secretary/receptionist experience<br><br><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor Preferred or equivalent years of experience<br><br><strong>Additional: </strong>Proficiency in MS Office required, CRM system experience a plus<br><br><strong>Hours: </strong>Part- time, M-F, 10 am - 3 pm<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Mail Management:</strong> Sort, send, and receive mail and packages, including FedEx shipments.</li><li><strong>Office Maintenance:</strong> Keep the office tidy, including watering plants and restocking supplies.</li><li><strong>Phone Handling:</strong> Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional and timely manner.</li><li><strong>Client Interaction:</strong> Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and positive experience.</li><li><strong>Document Preparation:</strong> Prepare, copy, and file documents as needed.</li><li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong> Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing schedules, and assisting with projects.</li><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.</li><li><strong>General Office Duties:</strong> Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall functionality of the office.</li></ul>
