JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant Intern will provide administrative and clerical support to Lad Lake employees, with a focus on assisting the HR Department.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide general clerical support.
  2. File digital scans and paper copies of documents.
  3. Perform data entry tasks.
  4. Handle telephone communication, faxing, organize supplies, and maintain the office environment.
  5. Assist with various administrative functions as needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, DocuSign, HRIS and databases
  2. Fast and accurate typing skills, with proficiency in data entry and management.
  3. Ability to manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate events.
  4. Skilled in using communication tools such as email, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and phone systems.

INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  2. Friendly and professional demeanor in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education/Training: Must be a current student in an accredited college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a relevant, qualifying degree or certificate.

Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of supporting executives or teams, is advantageous.
