JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant Intern will provide administrative and clerical support to Lad Lake employees, with a focus on assisting the HR Department.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general clerical support.
- File digital scans and paper copies of documents.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Handle telephone communication, faxing, organize supplies, and maintain the office environment.
- Assist with various administrative functions as needed.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, DocuSign, HRIS and databases
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with proficiency in data entry and management.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate events.
- Skilled in using communication tools such as email, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and phone systems.
INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education/Training: Must be a current student in an accredited college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a relevant, qualifying degree or certificate.
Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of supporting executives or teams, is advantageous.
