Assists in planning activities; assists residents by leading and participating in activities and programs; encourages residents to participate; provide safe environment for residents; assist with feeding residents; perform personal shopping for residents, drive Activity bus or van as needed; completes initial assessments within timeframe designated by policy and regulations; documentation; assists residents' concerns and responses to interventions from staff; assists in identifying ways to accommodate resident choices, preferences, and routines.
