Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Controller and in accordance with policies and procedures of the Episcopal Homes of Minnesota (EHM), generally accepted accounting principles, and State and Federal regulations - this position assists the Controller with the management of fiscal reporting, audit functions, financial analysis, regulatory reporting and general administrative functions.

Pay and Schedule:
$75,000 - $80,000 year, Experience Compensated!!!
Monday -Friday. 40hrs/week. Hybrid schedule available after training (approx. 2 weeks)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Always incorporates the EHM mission, vision, and values philosophy into the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders - residents, staff, community, and payers/providers/vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial
Annual and Monthly financial statement preparation
Assist in preparation of audit and tax reporting schedules
Prepare regulatory reports for Federal, State and grant making agencies
Create and conduct financial modeling and forecasting
Organizational Performance
Assist business unit managers plan, measure and maintain key metrics
Build Ad Hoc tools to collect, analyze and report on business unit activities
Provide operational data reports on key metrics for management
Data Analytics
Mining data from primary and secondary sources
Cleaning and dissecting data to transform raw data into usable data forms
Analyze and interpret results using statistical tools and techniques
Pinpointing trends and patterns in data sets
KEY PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work as a team.
Proactive and able to organize and prioritize tasks or projects.
Ability to gather and analyze details, ensuring accurate results.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and written and provide clear and detailed
information to business unit leaders and Finance staff.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and creatively solve problems.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, or similar concentration
5years+ Financial Analyst Experience
Experience in Business Central
Working knowledge of Jet Reports
