ROLE DESCRIPTION:
State Farm Agent, Mike Sands is searching for a dependable individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our next Agency Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside the agency team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Willing & able to acquire the necessary Property & Casualty license.
