Position Overview:
As an Account Manager (AM), you will play a pivotal role in our organization by managing and expanding existing customer relationships while identifying and cultivating new opportunities within the Life Sciences sector. This role requires a deep understanding of Automated Capital Equipment & Services, as well as the ability to provide client-focused solutions that align with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met and exceeded.

Business Development: Research and identify potential new customers within the Life Sciences industries who require Automated Capital Equipment & Services.

Project Conceptualization: Visit and vet prospective customer opportunities, working closely with engineering practices to conceptualize solutions that align with customer objectives.

Quotation and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed quotations for high-probability customer opportunities, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.

Sales Conversion: Utilize your exceptional negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and secure purchase orders (POs).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, technical, business development, or equivalent is required.
5+ years of experience in a technical sales environment is required, with a preference for experience in Capital Equipment related to the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences Industries.
Proven expertise in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of engineering practices.
