Job Discription/Responsibilities: • Design and develop innovative mechanical and inflatable products and systems. • Provide ongoing customer training and technical support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer solutions. • Work with urgency to address and prevent potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Inquisitive and creative mindset. • Customer-oriented approach. • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills. • 5+ years of experience in solid and non-linear FEA. • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI). • Experience with Abaqus, Design Table, PDA, Ansys, FMEA, etc. Manufacturing Capabilities: • CNC metal machining. • 3D printing. • CNC fabric cutting. • Industrial sewing. • Assembly. • RF & heat welding. • Metal welding. • Vulcanizing. • Some molding.
