Youth Emergency Room Enhancement (ERE) Liaison

<p><b>Compensation</b>: $24.04-25.31(QMHP) or Dependent on Licensure</p><p></p><p>Responsible for engaging youth and their families into services, assisting them in accessing needed services and resources to achieve and maintain health and recovery.</p><p><b>This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, day shift. </b></p><p><b>Responsibilities Include: </b></p><p>* Provide individual assistance to consumers in accessing needed mental health and medical services<br />* Provide individuals assistance to consumers in accessing a variety of public services including financial and housing, including assistance on an emergency basis and directly helping to meet needs for food, shelter and clothing<br />* Assist consumers to access and utilize a variety of community agencies to acquire ongoing social, educational, vocational and health and housing resources<br />* Follow up with consumers regarding appointments, completion of forms, returning forms or receipts and other similar activities <br />* Assist client with transportation as clinically indicated; Driving is an essential function of this position<br />* Act as a member of the Youth Emergency Room Enhancement (YERE) team<br />* Collaborate with YERE team members, Adult ERE team members and community partners to facilitate treatment<br />* Other duties as assigned</p><p><b>WORKING CONDITIONS &amp; EXPOSURE RISK</b></p><p>Operating vehicles or machinery</p><p></p><p> </p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or<br />closely-related field required</li><li><ul><li>If a bachelor's degree is not obtained, at least four (4) years of relevant work experience is required</li></ul></li><li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or<br />closely-related field preferred (*required if position is in the BHN network)</li></ul><p>* The completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP preferred<br />* All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities<br />* A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required<br /><br /><b>LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: </b>Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred or PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW preferred</p><p><b>Compass Health Network</b> is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, &amp; compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
