About the Role:
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Macomb, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care following endoscopic procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Conduct patient assessments, focusing on physical, psychological, and cognitive functions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients about healthy practices and treatment modalities.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license issued by the PA Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred (required for Magnet designated positions within 2 years of placement).
- Minimum of 15 months of nursing experience, or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association Basic Life Support).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
