Responsibilities

  • Accountable for attainment of annual sales quota for software licenses, maintenance, hosting, solutions and services for a small number of strategic client relationships in partnership with Client Sales Executives.
  • Cultivate executive relationships that include C-Level leaders (department heads, administrators, commissioners, bureau chiefs, CIOs) and business counterparts to ensure growth of the client relationships and software transformational opportunities
  • Meet with clients to establish alignment plan parameters, build and nurture the relationship and assist in identifying further opportunities
  • Develop communication strategies and effectively deploy them to share Netsmart's overall guiding principles and strategic imperatives, solution offerings, technology, and consulting services and how they relate to provide total client value and foster healthy client relationships
  • Lead collaboration across sales, professional services, hosting and operations teams to bring the right resources to the client alignment effort
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' sales or account management experience with health care and/or technology services and solutions
  • At least 3 years of Account Management experience at the Enterprise level
  • Demonstrated ability to personally close and/or manage complex technical deals and partnerships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Health and Human Services or Post-Acute work experience or Public Sector SaaS
  • Experience developing, growing and sustaining revenue relationships with clients
  • Experience leveraging service-delivery for long-term clients
Expectations
  • Up to 50% travel
