- Careless or Reckless driving
- Following To close
- Passing School Bus or Not stopping at RR crossing
- Violation of Out of Service Order or leaving the scene of an accident
- Speeding 15 or more over the speed limit
- Street Racing
- Distracted driving, Handheld Device, Texting offenses
- DUI, DWI, OWI, OUI or any other impairment while operating a motor vehicle.
- No terminations for unsatisfactory safety or accident record from the driver's most recent driving position.
- No more than two Terminations or Unsatisfactory safety records in the past 3 years.
- No more than one (1) suspension in the past 3 years.
- No violations of DOT Part 40 regulations.
