Education Manager

B.H. Inc., of Vernal, Utah, is searching for a full-time Education Manager to help in employee training and education and lead company partnerships with schools' vocational programs. QUALIFICATIONS

• Must enjoy and be comfortable speaking in public
• Passion for working with and developing students
• Strong computer skills and understanding of all Microsoft Office products
• Marketing background is a plus•Teaching experience and understanding of schools and educational structure
• Experience developing and deploying educational curriculum
• Experience writing, applying for, and receiving grants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, motivated, task oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Work experience as a Recruiter, Guidance Counselor or similar HR role is a plus
• A Teaching degree from a regionally accredited college or university

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the Director of Training in standards and curriculum development for employee training programs
• Serves as a liaison to develop partnerships between schools and BHI
• Provides career and academic counseling, planning, and advising to potential candidates
• Attend career fairs and school functions to promote career opportunities with the Company
• Work with Director of Training and HR to develop student recruitment strategies
• Help develop students through placement into company internships and work-based learning program opportunities•Regularly speak/present in front of large groups
