Additional responsibilities may include facilitating ongoing curriculum development and improvement, presenting seminars, leading courses, attending meetings online, and serving within the School of Integrated Health as needed. Education
- Master's Degree in Integrative Health related field required
- PhD or Doctorate in related field preferred
- Experience teaching using an online modality
- Substantial evidence of effective Integrative Health practices
- An appreciation for the interests of working adults
- An awareness of higher education academic and administrative processes with an understanding of public health certification process
- A solid track record as a collaborative leader with effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and a strong interest in realizing IWU's institutional learning outcomes
- Demonstrate knowledge of online educational delivery tools
- Demonstrate teaching abilities
- Demonstrate higher education experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft products
- Demonstrate knowledge of adult learners
