Key Responsibilities:
As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift. You'll lead by example and ensure our team meets Domino's high standards for quality and service.

•Oversee all operational aspects, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
•Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of conduct and performance.
•Lead and motivate your team to achieve shared goals, from selling more pizzas to providing excellent customer service.
•Manage staff scheduling, paperwork, food quality, store cleanliness, and marketing initiatives.
•Drive the profitability of your location by ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Additional Duties Include:
•Greet customers with enthusiasm and handle any concerns with professionalism.
•Maintain and operate store equipment, ensuring all is in top condition.
•Prepare pizzas and other products according to Domino's standards.
•Stock and manage inventory, including placing ingredients and supplies in proper storage areas.
•Process orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.
•Navigate delivery routes using provided tools, ensuring on-time delivery.
•Perform basic mathematical calculations, including making change for customers.
•Use computer systems to place orders and manage data.
Physical Requirements:
•Stand for extended periods, often on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.
•Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including stocking product deliveries.
•Perform occasional crouching, squatting, and climbing.
•Maintain hand-eye coordination for tasks like shaping pizza dough and folding pizza boxes.
Qualifications:
•Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
•Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
•Pass a background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
•Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive attitude.
•Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
