In this role you will join the Enviromental Health & Safety team and report to EHS Manager.

You will accomplish day to day tactical objectives in support of the company and the department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment. Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years

Education: High School Diploma/GED required,AA/AS or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Degree Field: Data Collections/Analysis

Equivalent Experience/Education: 2-5 years Data Collections/analysis related experience in manufacturing/automotive and/or Safety industry

Communication Skills: Advanced

Foreign Language Required: No? Yes? , if yes what language? Korean

Foreign Language Skill Level: IRL Level 3 - Professional working proficiency

Mathematical Skills: High Skills

  1. PC literate, including Microsoft Office Products
  2. Ability to collect, preserve, analyze, report, review, and audit documents to ensure compliance with ISO/RBA and OSHA regulations and standards with an absolute degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  3. Ability to process invoices, purchase requests, investment proposals and ability to communicate through management with Mobis Headquarter SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Team and expatriates.
  4. Ability to assist with translations of Mobis Safety information and Orientation training materials.
  5. Ability to attend and participate in EHS related training.
Responsibilities:

Role(s) - To collect, maintain and report the day to day Environmental, Health, and Safety Data of the plant.

  • Conduct information gathering, data analysis and provide input/recommendations to management for improvements based upon existing trends.
  • Tracks injuries, reviews, and makes recommendations for safety improvements.
  • Maintains understanding and knowledge of current federal, state, and company EHS regulations and policies.
  • Performs system auditing and ergonomic task analysis.
  • Assists in implementation of injury reduction efforts.
  • Track, analyze and report operational safety and environmental standards performance.
  • Participate in safety training and audit programs for all levels of operations.
  • Assist organization by participating in special taskforce assignments and special projects.
  • Develop data programs, charts, graphs and offer recommendations for EHS policy and program improvements.
  • Systematically track safety data such as inventory, injuries, first aid cases, inspections, etc. for analysis of trends, identifying opportunities for improvements and reporting.
  • Compile all daily, weekly, monthly audit and inspection reports and present all documentation in a timely manner to management as directed.
  • Maintains all paper and digital copies of all inspections, audits, accident, near-miss, incident/ illness reports in accordance with EHS operating procedures.
  • Participate with Safety Committee Members and respond/offer input to the Committees concerns and findings.
  • Understand, comply, and encourage participation in MOBIS Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System
  • Other administrative duties/tasks as assigned.
