Job Summary PHP Agency, LLC. is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to fill the role of VP of Operations at our Dallas headquarters. This hands-on role requires a marketing maestro with a broad skill set, from corporate reputation management to digital marketing and event planning. As a key player in a flat organization, you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, lead a team of SMEs, and deliver projects personally. Primary Responsibilities Steer the company’s daily operations, leading the New Business Life & Annuity, Licensing & Contracting, and Contact Center departments. Innovate by identifying and implementing new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency. Collaborate with department leads to define and implement operational strategy and structure. Foster productive relationships with external insurance carrier and technology partners. Work with executive leadership to set and achieve company goals, providing expertise on operational projects and systems. Monitor performance, identify efficiency issues, and propose solutions. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all operational phases. Coordinate operational support across the business. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and mentor the operations management team. Present performance reports and metrics to C-level Officers and other leaders. Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy, in collaboration with HR. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in operations management. Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided. Foster a success-oriented, hands-on environment in Operations. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop metrics, systems, and processes to support the company’s growth objectives. Serve as a leader of all PHP administrative functions, with the potential to lead Operations. Primary Skills & Requirements 6+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in the life insurance industry. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proven track record of managing a team and developing talent. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build consensus in a high-pressure environment. Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to ensure goals are met on time and at a high level of quality. Ability to drive results, ensure accountability, build effective teams, cultivate innovation, and handle adversity. Strong business acumen and understanding of fundamental business principles. Solid executive presence, with the ability to establish credibility and influence a broad range of constituents. Quick learner, intelligent, practical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Creative thinker and solutions-oriented.
