Care Team Lead/ Shift Supervisor

We are looking for Shift Supervisors and Team Leads to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous experience in caregiving and be efficient in the skills of working as a team/leading a team, medication administration, time management, and providing direct care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and instruction for caregivers during your shift
• Be a part of the supervisor on-call rotation
• Administer medications and assist with providing resident care
• Ensure all resident ADL's have been completed by your team during your shift
• Complete all necessary documentation such as shift reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate/GED
• 1 year or more of leadership skills, preferred

• 2 years or more of direct care/caregiving experience
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
