As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Marketing and Sales teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing Salesforce solutions.

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to support Salesforce, particularly in Marketing and Sales processes. This role will be full-time, remote, and is a contract to hire position.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions

  • Design and document workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements to support Marketing and Sales functions

  • Provide support to users on CPQ functionalities and best practices

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into Marketing and Sales performance

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system

What you'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce

  • Proven experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to support and enhance Salesforce solutions

  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, implementation, and support

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading and managing Salesforce projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
