Senior Electrical Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Electrical Estimator in Newark, DE to work with a well-established electrical contractor in the area that specializes in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects throughout the Tri-State area!
Duties:
-Plan and organize projects ranging from $500,000-$2.5 million, from planning to close-out.
-Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with various levels of employees, management, vendors, and clients.
-Work with the project foreman to lay out, plan, schedule, and engineer the work to create the highest value for the company.
-Handle all correspondence relating to the construction project.
-Assist in managing the project’s labor force and personnel.
-Monitor project productivity and profitability, take corrective steps as needed.
-Review Field Labor reports and schedules weekly to confirm accuracy, correct discrepancies, and follow up to ensure corrections are completed in a timely manner.
-Enforce and promote workplace safety procedures.
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $120,000 - $135,000

Qualifications:
-3-5 years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, and cost preferred
-Journeyman license in Delaware/Completion of 4 years of Electrical Apprenticeship
-High School Diploma or GED
-Advanced experience in reading and interpreting plans and specifications preferred
-Proficient in using Viewpoint software, and MS Office programs
-Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation
-Must be willing to travel to Tri-State projects
-Must possess minimum OSHA 10-Hour training; OSHA 30-Hour training preferred
