Certification Details Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. Will consider candidates without WI or compact license but must apply for a temporary license under the Wisconsin Act 10 order within 48 hours of offer accepted and provide screenshot of application submitted. Join the 1 hospital in Wisconsin We are seeking a Registered Nurse: Work on a 16- bed unit with both general and intermediate level patients. Care for medical cardiovascular patient populations. Nurses who work as a team and help one another succeed. Nurses who participate in shared governance, with a unit-based council to help support and drive quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change. Nurses who are highly engaged in acquiring new skills and integrating evidence-based nursing practices into the unit culture An environment that is patient and family focused including daily care team visits with the entire team but most important the patient as an active participant. Job Requirements Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile). Experience: IMC experience required Tele-trained required Cardiology experience preferred Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years. Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital. Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks) preferred.
