Certified Building Official
The City of Redwood Falls is seeking a full-time Certified Building Official. This individual is responsible for inspection and enforcement of all building and fire codes and ordinances; including but not limited to assisting contractors and other members of the public with code interpretations, inspection of facilities and structures to ensure code and ordinance compliance, inspection, and enforcement of zoning ordinances, and responding to citizen inquiries and complaints relative to property and land use. This is an exempt/salaried position, the salary range is $59,432/yr. to $88,319/yr. based on qualifications with excellent benefits.
