Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new IT solutions / enhancements

to existing solutions from requirement to launch, as part of a cross functional team. You are

required to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, sustain, and document software changes for

new applications, enhancements, and defects.

2. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

3. Perform analysis, design, and implementation of assigned projects using sound engineering

principles and adhering to business standards, practices, processes, and product / program

requirements.

4. Engage with global teams to effectively translate customer requirements to software

requirements and identify potential solutions that are optimized to operate with in constraints

of the product.

5. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet business

needs.

6. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and

process automation.

7. Design and implement ServiceNow UI policies, data policies, and access controls to ensure data

integrity and security.

8. Troubleshoot variety of complex software problems

9. Provide timely status updates and proactive communications on issues to the stakeholders.

10. Able to interface with internal and external stake holders regarding ServiceNow

platform/software issues.

11. Contribute as part of teams put together to meet overall organization initiatives/objectives.

12. Have the ability and willingness to acquire in-depth understanding of domain and Business

Process (beyond software) and apply that knowledge to develop solutions and to deliver

enhancements/ fixes for customer requirements.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of

ServiceNow solutions.

14. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in their

professional growth and development.

15. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices, and

propose innovative solutions to improve the platform.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of

successful project implementations.

3. Including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications.

4. Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing

security (including Access Control Lists), and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom

look and feel.

5. Ability to implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting.

6. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and functionalities.

7. Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI

Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and s olution

migration to higher environment.

8. Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data

imports/exports.

9. Experience in Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets and Update Sets.

10. Experience in creation of Record Producers and Catalogue Items using Variables, Variable Sets.

11. Working knowledge to schedule jobs, events, and triggers to manage business needs.

12. Experience in creating transform maps and Import sets for uploading the bulk data through

sheets.

13. Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)

processes.

14. Must have experience in Service Now Custom Development.

15. Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentalsdata structures, algorithms, operating

system concepts

Administrator (CSA), are preferred
