Summary of Role/Position TheTeam Lead performs moderately complex material handling system work. Works under direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Utilizes and directs team resources toward specific goals andobjectives.

YOU WILL:

Monitorwork flowand system functions, recommend or employ solutions whereappropriate. Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functionsin order toimprove team performance.Develop and transfer performance skills to the assignedteam, andseek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. Assistteam members inidentifyingareas for development andassistthem inestablishingskill development plans. Participate in development and implementation of operating procedures. The ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to take direction from Supervisors, the ability to follow work rules and procedures, and the ability to accept constructive criticism. Must be able to lead and manage others effectively. Maintain safe operating practices. Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUMUST HAVE: Functional reading, writing and math. Graduation from high school or equivalent. Education and experience may be substituted for one another. PC literacy. Written and verbal

communication/instruction
