Our client is looking for a REMOTE Customer Service Rep for a temporary (potentially temp to perm) role.
** While this role is remote, the candidate MUST be located in NJ ****
Looking for candidates who can work Sun-Thurs 12:30pm - 9pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Closing out work orders in portals for customers, editing portals.
- Working through Gmail and SalesForce.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel (basic knowledge), PowerPoint, SalesForce is preferred.
- Second shift and weekends
- Saturday or Sunday required
- Must be able to work a full shift on the weekend with a day off during the week.
