PURPOSE:<p>The Administrator Associate works in a fast-paced office environment mostly on their own with little supervision. Billing, invoicing, and tracking shipments and inbound receiving are the main functions. A high level of accuracy and attention to financial totals and customer order details to ensure proper company documents are processed is required. Multiple reports are processed, and the inventory of orders verified. The duties of this position have a direct impact on warehouse productivity and inventory accuracy as well as the company's financial accuracy.<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<p>• Process customer invoicing and check for accuracy against printed orders and signed Bill of Ladings.<p>• Posts invoices, reports daily financials, and transmits EDI to customers.<p>• Prepares orders through the WMS system verifying lots, inventory, short product, and expiration dates.<p>• Maintain shipping and receiving files with accuracy to meet SQF standards.<p>• Prepare receiving and transfers; process as needed.<p>• Log and process UPS shipping<p>• Review vendor invoices for accuracy. Note account and log on proper spreadsheet.<p>• Check in drivers through the Easy Lobby system.<p>• Verify receiving and/or tag product as needed.<p>• Code and log vendor invoices.<p>• Other duties that may arise in the service of customers, shipping or receiving.<p>• Performs other relevant job duties as required.<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<p>Education/ Certifications: (Required &amp; Preferred)<p>• High School Diploma<p>Experience:<p>• 2-3yrs related experience in food service office environment.<p>• (List the number of years' experience required that are related to the job responsibilities.)<p>Other Skills/ Abilities:<p>• Proficient in Excel and standard computer programs.<p>• Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies.<p>• Writing skills to manage e-mails.<p>• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills.<p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
