We are looking for a skilled Radar Systems Engineer to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing wideband radar systems, including signal and data processing, radar calibration, and testing. You will design advanced radar systems, develop, and evaluate radar signal and data processing algorithms, and create test plans to assess their performance.
Key Responsibilities:

You will design advanced radar systems, develop, and evaluate radar signal and data processing algorithms, and create test plans to assess their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design advanced radar systems.
- Design, develop, and evaluate advanced radar signal and data processing algorithms.
- Develop test plans, execute tests, analyze data, and assess radar system and subsystem performance.
Required Skills & Experience:- Experience with air and missile defense radar systems, including design, development, and testing.
- Significant expertise in RF systems, statistical signal processing, and moving target detection and tracking.
- Proficiency in statistical signal processing of radar phased array data, including adaptive beamforming, channel equalization, and radar waveform design.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and effectively present results.
- 5+ years' experience developing algorithms in MATLAB , Python , or C++ .
- 5+ years in RF systems and RF technologies.
- 5+ years in wideband radar system design, development, and testing.
