Executive Director (Assisted Living)

Frontida Assisted Living is looking for an Administrator/ Executive Director who shares and demonstrates our values in their daily life and embraces personal development. As the Administrator/ Executive Director of a two 20+ CBRF Assisted Living Homes you would be building trust with your team, the residents, and their families every day!

Position Overview:

Must have history of Leading caregivers and exhibiting care for all team members

Must be able to work independently, as well as prioritize and organize workload

Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and be dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Must also be eager to learn, including accepting and offering feedback

Must be able to manage budget and other administrative deadlines in a timely manner

Must have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role in a CBRF environment. Administrator Certification or a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
