About The Role

- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations - Work closely with Category Manager, Field Sales Manager, and/or brokers to optimize sales strategies and operations - Lead Distributor Forecasting, Planning, and Inventory Management to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability - Provide support to the sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasts and estimates - Facilitate weekly meetings with the sales team to discuss goals, strategies, and progress

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management - At least 3 years of experience working with distributors and/or in consumer foods sales, with experience with UNFI and KeHE required - Sales Planning experience in CPG or food industry - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities while handling multiple tasks and projects - Experience developing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, supporting innovation and improvement
