Head of Property.

With a portfolio of over 300 sites and a dedicated team to lead, this will be a really rewarding role. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic individual who is passionate about the industry and who will take pride in ensuring the smooth operation and continued enhancement of the portfolio. All about you: You will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in property management within a commercial setting. You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire your team. A keen eye for detail, coupled with a strategic mindset and a commitment to Health and Safety, are essential. What you will do: Lead the Charge in Property Optimisation, reporting to the Director of Property Develop and implement comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive support strategies, maximising the lifespan and appeal of sites. Foster a high-performing team environment, providing clear objectives aligned with company goals and estate improvement initiatives. Champion the successful implementation of our CAFM project (Access Maintain ProNett), ensuring optimal utilisation across the business for streamlined operations. Forge Strong Relationships, Deliver Exceptional Results. Cultivate strong connections with external stakeholders, prioritising consistent, high-quality service delivery. Deliver the annual review of approved contractors, ensuring robust service agreements are in place and consistently meet our standards. Strategic Vision, Expert Execution Proactively identify and resolve sustainability challenges, ensuring solutions align with long-term ESG and Net Zero goals. Leverage your expertise to advise and support project teams on targeted investment projects. Oversee the creation of monthly repair and maintenance budgets and meticulously plan works programs for each allocated site. Oversee the Surveying ensuring routine Schedule of Condition and Dilapidation surveys are completed and served within specific timelines. Safety First.
