You Will: Position the value of Nordic's solutions and the customer journey to small and medium-sized business (5-50 employees) Find and assess potential customers with 4-5 exploratory calls per week where you identify their problems and needs and find ways for us to offer solutions Manage a pipeline of outbound prospects as well as inbound leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients Educate and guide prospects through the sales cycle (average 30 days) to help them learn how the Nordic operating system can solve their company's technology issues Provide an excellent customer experience during implementation and post-implementation, resolving any non-technical issues that arise to ensure client success Close net new business at or above quota level Keep all active leads and opportunities up to date in the Nordic CRM Partner with the founder and support team to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products Bring your creativity and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future You Have:
At least 3 years of experience in consultative selling and closing skills Become a top producer in your current role Project management skills and can stay on task, but also not afraid to pivot quickly and reprioritize An excellent blend of communication and technical skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role A positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures A problem-solving aptitude and welcome challenges Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work well in a team Strong sense of urgency and commitment to positive customer outcomes
