Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a preference for a focus on quantitative applications Advanced proficiency in Python and Pandas, along with competency in associated scientific libraries like NumPy, SciPy, statsmodels, and scikit-learn Track record in developing mission-critical production systems, with expertise in testing, monitoring, and deployment best practices Strong familiarity with Linux platforms and a solid grasp of Git fundamentals Working familiarity with one or more pertinent database technologies, such as MS SQL, Postgres, or MongoDB Demonstrated capability in handling large datasets, encompassing both structured and unstructured formats
