About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Market Access with a strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in the field of oncology, and with a focus on NSCLC (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all market access initiatives essential for the successful commercialization of a novel, potential first-in-class investigational therapy. This includes developing and executing global access and pricing strategies, leading a global pricing and distribution strategy, and building a highly effective Market Access organization. The role also involves overseeing payer account management, reimbursement operations, and ensuring compliance with government price reporting.Applicants must have a BS/BA degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years of market access experience in mid to large-sized biopharma companies, with a minimum of 7 years in a management role. A strong understanding of payer value drivers in oncology, established relationships with leading payers/IDNs, and a proven track record in US Market Access are essential. The role requires experience in commercial launch, particularly in the oncology sector, and a successful record of maintaining compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Executive team, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant development and execution of market access initiatives.
