Account Manager- Grocery Retail Merchandising

This is a full-time position with a full wage range of $21.63 to $28.84 per hour with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Starting salary is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience and performance. The ideal geographic location for a candidate to reside is the Boston, MA area. Who We Are:

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence. Your Responsibilities: You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as: Olipop, Chocolove and RX Bar. You will work approximately 40 hours per week, conducting 10 store visits per week working Monday through Friday starting between 5am-7am (days are flexible). You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits in Whole Foods Market retailers in Ink Block, Charlestown, River St Cambridge, Brighton, Symphony, Jamaica Plain, and Charles River Plaza . Locations are subject to change based on business needs. Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.

Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check. Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards. Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
