About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its transformative work in sustainable water management. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in water management, data, or a related field, with a strong desire to advance the management of scarce water supplies through the use of satellite-based evapotranspiration data. As the primary spokesperson, the CEO will be responsible for expanding and sustaining relationships with a wide range of constituents, including non-profits, government agencies, customers, and funders. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in large-scale fundraising, strategic planning, and complex budget management. The CEO will also be tasked with developing and executing a business plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors and Consortium Partners, driving the organization to realize the full potential of its data in improving water management policies and practices.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles, a strong background in fundraising, and excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groups. Experience in nonprofit or business management, as well as a solid understanding of water management systems and practices, is essential.
