Job Title: VP, Treasury Management
Job Summary:
The VP, Treasury Management will be responsible for developing new business and providing support to bank prospects and clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income through contacts, professional groups, and networking.
- Work with Relationship Managers to bring in new business through team-based calling and develop written treasury proposals.
- Identify products and solutions, present these solutions, and cross-sell whenever necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews with top treasury management clients.
- Perform training for new and existing customers.
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Attend networking events, regional meetings, and other functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- Ability to build relationships with prospects, clients, and internal associates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask while following through the sales cycle from proposal to implementation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Seven plus years of treasury management sales or related experience.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $107,737 - $156,218, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.
