As a Call Center Representative at Meridian Trust, we are looking for team members who are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to our members. Most of the day is spent on the phone assisting our members with financial transactions from verifying account balances, transferring funds, loan payments, reordering debit cards, reissuing pin numbers, and more. This job is for you if: You have excellent communication skills. You have strong computer skills and great, attention to detail. You enjoy a fast- paced team environment. No call center experience required.
