Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, walking, and exercises.
- Support clients with medication reminders and monitor their health and well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Follow care plans and communicate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- HHA, CNA, or PCA certification required.
- Prior experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Ability to provide compassionate care and follow individualized care plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes (valid driver's license preferred).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings.
