We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our industry leader and top 10 nationally ranked provider of end-of-life care in the Fort Mill, SC area . This position is part-time but there may also be an opportunity for full-time. Position Summary:

Responsible for providing nursing services and education within the scope of practice as set forth by the South Carolina Board of Nursing to individuals and their families in homes or long term care facilities; Coordinates plan of care by working with interdisciplinary team to anticipate and meet patient needs; Serves as the RN member of interdisciplinary team to meet specific plan of care goals; Coordinates closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery; May be asked to provide oversight to NAs, LPNs, volunteers, etc.

Position Highlights:

  • $37 - $40/hr.

  • Excellent mileage reimbursement rate

  • Weekend position (Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications:

A Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing is required; Bachelors Degree preferred.

  • A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

  • Driver's license required.

  • Current CPR required; CHPN preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year related experience.

  • Related experience may include hospice and palliative care; family medicine; internal medicine; geriatrics, oncology; home health care; medical surgical.

  • Experience in direct care of patients with life limiting illnesses required.

  • Computer proficiency is required.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
