Job Classification: Full-Time
Distribute and store clean post, dishes, and utensils in appropriate locations in accordance with proper sanitary control.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas.
Receive deliveries and check stock in appropriate areas.
Assist with catering functions, as needed.
Have the ability to set up and operate dish-washing equipment.
Are able to bend, stoop reach, and balance frequently throughout the day.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Utility Worker performs a number of kitchen activities including pot and pan washing, dishware and glassware washing, general cleaning duties and maintaining cleanliness and organization of all storage areas including coolers, freezers, and non-food storage rooms.
Hours for this position are: 8am-2pm Monday-Friday
