- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations - Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits to potential customers - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service - Utilize various marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones - Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest products, features, and industry trends - Coordinate with financing team to secure financing options for customers - Participate in company events and training programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge - Handle administrative tasks related to customer sales, including paperwork, follow-ups, and maintaining customer records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - At least 2-3 years of previous sales experience in the automotive industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software - Valid driver’s license and good driving record - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturday
