Spherion Naples Florida is seeking a Investor Relations Associate for a leading Financial Planning Firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. With a focus on personalized service and comprehensive financial planning, to provide our clients with peace of mind and financial security. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service to both clients and team members
Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Providing administrative support to our team, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Collaborating with advisors to prepare client reports, presentations, and financial plans.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Managing client scheduling and appointment logistics to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
Contributing to the development and implementation of client service processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
Building solid relationships with clients and demonstrating a commitment to meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the growth and success of our firm.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial planning or investment management field.
A professional, confident, and friendly demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and working collaboratively as part of a team.
