As a physician-managed and owned organization, we understand the significance of delivering unparalleled medical care. Now, we're on the lookout for a talented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated medical professionals in providing urgent care services.

The ideal candidate will thrive in urgent care settings, exuding confidence in independent practice while possessing outstanding communication and organizational prowess. As part of our team, you'll assess and treat patients, provide follow-up care, and collaborate seamlessly with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Here's a glimpse of what we offer:

  • Shift times: 10-hour shifts
  • Annual volume: 13K, Low-Volume
  • ATLS/ACLS/PALS certified/BLS (must be through American Heart Assoc)
  • Previous experience in urgent care, emergency/hospital setting preferred (minimum of 3 years)
  • Current NY License
  • Malpractice and tail coverage provided
  • Competitive salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Medical Specialties: Urgent Care License/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred), PA-C (Preferred), Physician Assistant License (Preferred)

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing urgent care promptly and efficiently
  • Evaluating and diagnosing patients' conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging studies
  • Prescribing medications as necessary
  • Educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Offering follow-up care for patients with chronic illnesses
  • Performing minor procedures such as suturing and splinting
