JOB SUMMARY: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Expedition Communication’s products and services for satellite-based platforms. You will lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation; develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project; coordinate with internal and external parties for the seamless execution of projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and timeline, via managing expectations and communications. For example, Internally, you will frequently liaise with our Sales Team, executive leadership, and other departments, such as Logistics, Inventory and Field Services. Externally, you will coordinate with our clients to schedule times on-site and coordination of any clearance/equipment needs. You’ll also coordinate with vendors to ensure timelines are met while also providing regular updates on the status of installation deliverables to our customers. Annual Salary Range: $66,560 – $70,000 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met Liaison with clients and internal project stakeholders throughout project life cycle Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Ensure that projects are implemented on-time and on-budget using the specified product and services sets sold by the sales team Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed Alert key stakeholders to any risks/issues that may arise. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members Ensure all company polices are being followed for documentation of projects Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of project management experience with proven success Strong knowledge of project management systems and methodologies; PMP Certification preferred Experience in managing complex technical projects; preferably installations for technical products Proficiency in tools such as SalesForce (or other CRM) Visio, SharePoint, and other project management software Familiarity with project portfolio management principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits offered : Healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k retirement plan with a company match Leave programs, including paid leave, holidays, personal time off (PTO) Expedition Communications, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
